Tomoyuki Miyaguchi is Chief Representative in Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR & Myanmar at Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). Tomoyuki joined JBIC in 2005 and has worked on origination, execution and portfolio management in the aviation, shipping and energy sectors throughout his career. From 2013 to 2016, he was a member of the Japanese delegation in the negotiation of the OECD Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits. Between 2017 and 2019 he was involved in the development of the Infrastructure Export Strategy in the Cabinet Secretariat of Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Tokyo.
